We should allow the following workflows for sampling:
choose a sample (size/rep) Pull sample names out of
| haskell-te ASV JSON

In other words, we should have a generic runner which accepts sampled
names, and we should have two potential sources of those names:
choosing a sample, and taking known names from some haskell-te ASV JSON.
The first way gives us a standalone tool. The second way lets us do
paired-difference testing with the two tools.
