I've removed a bunch of occurrences of nixpkgsXXXX. Some have been
altered to use the latest version (e.g. many of those which were
backporting from nixpkgs1709 turned out to be no longer necessary);
others have been altered to import the required .nix file from repoXXXX
instead.
