This is our main source of data. Is BENCHMARKS really used? If not, use
that name instead.
As far as I can tell, our commands either take in data from stdin or
custom env vars, or else use (derivatives of) BENCHMARKS_FALLBACK.
Full test seems like the only alternative, but we should be able to
implement that via the cache/testCache distinction.
