     8: states. The initial message is always updated to reflect the current
     9: state, which is either:

    14: We could, for example, loop through the threads, and for each one loop
    15: through the messages until we find one with "State: foo". We can then
    16: alter the HTML to indicate the state in some way, for example prefixing
    17: the subject with '[foo]'.
