     8: csvcut seems to be a big time sink. It seems to be written in Python, so
     9: I think we're basically paying the startup cost over and over, for
    10: what's actually a pretty trivial operation. We can probably replace this
    11: with a short Haskell script, compiled ahead-of-time.
