Two thoughts:

 - Could we dedupe the resulting files, so even if we download something
   multiple times we never get it in our TODO folder?
 - Should we be including podcasts in our general feed at all? What if
   we just managed them separately, e.g. having get_news write URLs to
   files in an "Audio/Incoming/urls" folder, then fetch_podcasts could
   download them to "Audio/TODO" then delete the URL file.

Some considerations:

 - We want to have the feeds checked automatically, e.g. as part of
   get_news.
 - We don't want to download the mp3s automatically, since it's highly
   non-atomic and may get interrupted without us noticing, e.g. during a
   suspend/resume. We should keep the fetch_podcasts command to get
   them.
