At the moment, we have a hard-coded list of podcast names in
fetch_podcasts for BBC podcasts.
To make this more flexible, we should add a 'bbcpodcast' type to
~/.feeds and get_news, which fetches the feeds in the same way as the
'rss' type. The fetch_podcasts script can then look through these
entries to see which ones to fetch mp3s from.
