TEB: Time plots are wrong and misleading

I've tried adding crosses for failures by overlaying 2 swarmplots on the
same axes. Unfortunately seaborn/matplotlib is misaligning the plots and
the x axis, so it's not showing data for 1-20 at the correct positions.

This seems to be the same problem I encountered when adding errorbars,
which the author closed with glib insults.

There's no point switching the plotting software at this late stage, but
we should certainly never again touch the toxic seaborn project.
